Gurugram-based Vaidam Health has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Health of Vanuatu, strengthening cross-border healthcare collaboration and enabling improved access to specialised medical treatment for citizens of the Pacific island nation.

Under the partnership, patients from Vanuatu will be able to access world-class, affordable care across leading Indian hospitals with greater ease and transparency. The collaboration covers the entire patient journey — from medical consultations and documentation to treatment planning, post-care support, and seamless case coordination.

Vaidam Health will facilitate treatment in key specialties including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, organ transplantation, neurosurgery, and critical care. Services will also include visa and travel support, interpreter assistance, dedicated care teams, and comprehensive medical management.

The MoU also outlines plans to streamline patient referrals, onboard medical facilitators, and conduct outreach for those requiring advanced treatment in India. Both partners will explore further cooperation in preventive healthcare, knowledge exchange, and digital health initiatives.

The agreement underscores a shared commitment to expanding access to reliable, affordable, and advanced medical care for the people of Vanuatu, strengthening healthcare linkages between the two countries and enabling better health outcomes through coordinated cross-border support.
