Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective as of 2025

VOH Network strives to offer meaningful and high-quality experiences through our events, training programs, and other services. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Event Registration (Digital or Offline)

a. Cancellations by Attendees

  • 3 or more days before the event: Full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Within 3 days of the event: No refunds. However, you may request a transfer of registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued.

b. Cancellations by VOH Network

In the rare event that VOH cancels or postpones an event, registrants will be:

  • Offered a full refund, or
  • Given the option to apply the fee to a rescheduled date or a future VOH event/program.

2. Training Programs & Workshops

a. Participant Cancellations

  • 60+ days before start date: Full refund minus any admin or platform fees.
  • 30–59 days before start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund.

b. Program Withdrawal After Start

Once a training program has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

3. Media Services & Custom Engagements

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been initiated.
  • If a campaign or deliverable is delayed due to the client’s inaction, VOH will not be liable for refunds.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at contact@vohnetwork.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Event/program name
  • Transaction/registration ID
  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval and returned via the original method of payment or as decided mutually.

5. Force Majeure

VOH Network shall not be held liable for any cancellations or rescheduling caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemic restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, alternate arrangements or credits may be offered at our discretion.
