IAS Officer Harsh Mangla Appointed as Director, Health & Family Welfare

Harsh Mangla, a 2008-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Jharkhand cadre, has taken charge as Director at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Born on July 30, 1981, Mangla brings a strong academic background to his administrative role. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi, and a Master of Arts degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi.

Mangla is known for his analytical skills and dedication to public service. His appointment at the Health and Family Welfare Department is expected to further strengthen the ministry’s administrative and financial operations, drawing on his expertise in finance and governance.
