Max Healthcare, one of India’s largest private sector healthcare providers, has entered a strategic partnership with The Learning Lab, a spin-out from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The collaboration aims to advance healthcare capacity-building programmes and foster joint research initiatives.

In the initial phase, the partnership will focus on co-developing a tailored training programme for nurses in oncology departments. Plans are also underway to expand the collaboration across other medical specialties and explore opportunities for joint research projects.

The programme will leverage Max Healthcare’s clinical expertise and pan-India hospital network alongside The Learning Lab’s experience in designing scalable, high-impact healthcare education programmes based on NHS best practices.

Together, the organisations will co-create training modules aimed at strengthening clinical competencies, improving patient outcomes, and building sustainable, locally embedded training capacity.

The collaboration highlights both organisations’ commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery and clinical capabilities through international partnerships, with a long-term goal of expanding access to specialised, high-quality training globally.
