Apollo Hospitals’ Ayurveda arm, AyurVaid, is set to open four new hospitals within the next three months, increasing its network to 16 hospitals with over 350 beds, amid rising demand from younger patients.

The upcoming facilities will provide specialized Ayurvedic care across orthopaedics, neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders, women’s health, and Ayurveda-based para-surgical treatments. Sports medicine will also be a major focus area.

In addition to clinical care, the hospitals will offer a range of Ayurvedic products — including classical medicines, medical foods, and OTC formulations — enhancing access to holistic wellness. The expansion also supports educational initiatives such as Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine speciality courses designed to deepen expertise in evidence-based Ayurveda practices.
