Zepto Launches In-App Diagnostics Service, Promises 60-Minute Home Sample Collection

Quick commerce platform Zepto has expanded its healthcare offerings with the pilot launch of Zepto Diagnostics, an in-app diagnostics service integrated within the Zepto Pharmacy category. The service is currently available to select users in limited cities as part of an early rollout.

Zepto has partnered with Orange Health Labs to enable home blood tests with a rapid turnaround. Users can book a range of diagnostic services—including full-body checkups, complete blood count (CBC), and thyroid function tests (TFT)—directly through the app.

As part of the pilot, Zepto is offering 60-minute home sample collection and test reports within six hours, aiming to assess customer demand and service adoption before scaling it nationwide.

The initiative marks Zepto’s push to deepen its presence in the online healthcare space by integrating diagnostics into its growing pharmacy vertical.
