Dentalkart has partnered with NSK Japan to bring high-end dental technology directly to dentists across India. The collaboration establishes an authorised channel that removes multiple intermediaries, ensuring access to genuine NSK products at standardised pricing and reducing the risk of counterfeit instruments.
The partnership allows Dentalkart to offer NSK’s complete product range, from entry-level airotors to advanced surgical systems, while improving warranty handling, spare parts availability, and after-sales service efficiency.
The initiative also reinforces Dentalkart’s “100 per cent Original” promise, positioning the platform as a comprehensive source for dental clinical infrastructure.
Over the next twelve months, Dentalkart plans to ensure pan-India availability of NSK’s flagship products, including the Pana Air and Ti-Max series, with next-day dispatch across more than 20,000 pin codes. NSK’s service and warranty protocols will be integrated into Dentalkart’s platform, enabling faster turnaround times and a seamless customer experience.
Dentalkart leverages its digital infrastructure and extensive reach, connecting with over 168,000 verified dental professionals, including practitioners in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Warehouses in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai support a data-driven logistics network, ensuring safe and timely delivery of NSK instruments. A dedicated NSK brand store within the Dentalkart app will provide dentists direct access to product education, new launches, and brand-led engagement.
The partnership is expected to strengthen Dentalkart’s position as a strategic partner for global dental equipment manufacturers while bridging the gap between Japanese precision engineering and Indian clinical practice.
