Lord’s Mark Industries Ltd., a diversified healthcare and technology-led group, has acquired an 85% stake in Renalyx Health Systems Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based med-tech innovator credited with developing India’s first fully indigenous, AI- and cloud-enabled smart hemodialysis machine. Renalyx will act as the R&D arm of Lord’s Mark Industries, driving continued research and development of advanced medical devices focused on kidney and liver care.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion into next-generation medical technologies, addressing India’s rising burden of chronic kidney disease (CKD), which affects millions of patients and places significant demand on healthcare infrastructure.

Renalyx’s flagship smart hemodialysis machine integrates real-time remote monitoring, cloud-based clinical connectivity, and intelligent analytics, allowing hospitals, dialysis centres, and clinicians to provide safer, more reliable, and cost-efficient renal therapy.

The machine’s design also supports data-driven insights for clinical decision-making and optimised patient outcomes, positioning it as a pioneering solution in the global hemodialysis market.
