Beckman Coulter Life Sciences has appointed Atul Shah as General Manager – India, effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Shah will lead the company’s India operations, focusing on driving strategic growth, strengthening market presence, and expanding customer and partner engagement across the region.
Shah brings with him extensive cross-functional experience spanning sales, service, marketing, project management, and channel partner management. Over the course of his career, he has worked across diverse sectors, including process automation, robotics, electrics, solar, intralogistics, quality, research, life sciences, material sciences, and healthcare, giving him a broad-based understanding of technology-driven markets.
Prior to joining Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Shah spent nearly a decade at Leica Microsystems, where he held several leadership roles. As Country Manager, he played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth in India and the wider APJ region, shaping market strategy, driving business expansion, and strengthening Leica’s commercial footprint.
With a strong analytical mindset, a passion for emerging technologies, and a focus on purposeful growth, Shah is well-positioned to lead Beckman Coulter Life Sciences’ India business and further enhance its strategic direction in this key market.
