Fangzhou Inc. , a leading provider of internet-based healthcare solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global healthcare giant Novo Nordisk at the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo in Beijing. The partnership aims to enhance the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and obesity by combining Fangzhou’s digital health technologies with Novo Nordisk’s therapeutic expertise.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Xie Fangmin, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Fangzhou, and Christine Zhou, Senior Vice President and President of Region China at Novo Nordisk.

Under the agreement, Fangzhou will leverage its advanced AI-driven services, digital treatment platforms, and pharmaceutical solutions to build a smart, integrated health management system. This system will provide patients with end-to-end care—including personalized medication guidance, reminders, outcome monitoring, and health education—marking a shift from a “disease-centered” to a “health-centered” approach.

Dr. Xie Fangmin commented, “Partnering with Novo Nordisk allows us to harness AI and digital tools to solve long-standing challenges in chronic disease management. Together, we are committed to delivering intelligent, patient-centric solutions for better blood sugar and weight control on a global scale.”

Christine Zhou added, “This collaboration merges Novo Nordisk’s clinical leadership with Fangzhou’s digital innovation to promote early screening, diagnosis, and intervention. It supports the growing need for integrated chronic disease care within smart healthcare ecosystems.”

Looking ahead, both companies aim to deepen their collaboration and drive digital transformation across the healthcare industry. Their shared vision aligns with the goals of the “Healthy China 2030” initiative, focused on improving national health outcomes through innovation and early intervention strategies.
