Nivaan Care Bags $7M Series A Funding To Expand Its Pan-India Clinic Network

Single-specialty interventional pain management chain Nivaan Care has raised USD 7 million in a Series A funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from existing investors W Health Ventures, Endiya Partners, and Rebright Partners.

The Delhi-based health-tech startup plans to deploy the fresh capital to expand its clinic network across multiple Indian cities, strengthen clinical and operational infrastructure, and further develop minimally invasive pain management procedures.

This round follows Nivaan Care’s USD 4.25 million seed funding raised in February 2025, led by Endiya Partners with participation from W Health Ventures.

Founded in 2023 by Nivesh Khandelwal and Vishwas Singh, Nivaan Care focuses on non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments for chronic pain. The company operates single-specialty clinics addressing conditions such as back, knee, and neck pain through a multidisciplinary care model that brings together pain physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and care coordinators.

Nivaan Care currently operates clinics across Delhi-NCR and Mumbai, along with satellite markets including Jaipur and Lucknow. The startup reports having conducted over 40,000 patient consultations and approximately 5,000 minimally invasive procedures to date, with a majority of patients experiencing meaningful pain reduction and improved daily functioning.

The company is also preparing to enter new markets such as Bengaluru as part of its next phase of growth. The founding team brings prior experience in scaling healthcare and consumer businesses, with backgrounds spanning organizations such as Ridge IVF, Tata 1mg, and Shuttl.
