Narayana Hrudayalaya posted a strong financial performance for the July–September quarter of FY26, delivering its highest-ever revenue and profitability at both the India and Group levels. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 258.37 crore, a 30% year-on-year increase compared to Rs 198.63 crore in Q2 FY25.

Operational growth remained solid, with revenue from operations rising over 20% YoY to Rs 1,643.79 crore, up from Rs 1,366.68 crore in the same quarter last year. Expenses increased 18% YoY to Rs 1,371 crore, while EBITDA grew more than 28% YoY to Rs 426.49 crore, supported by improved operational efficiencies. The EBITDA margin strengthened to 25.9%, reflecting sustained profitability improvements.

The India business recorded robust traction driven by higher domestic patient footfall, an improved payor mix, and strong performance from the company’s Clinics outreach. The Cayman Islands operations continued to deliver strong results as both the hospital and insurance businesses contributed to record revenues for the region. The domestic Integrated Care vertical also posted healthy growth, supported by rising clinic footfalls and accelerating momentum in the insurance segment.

Narayana Hrudayalaya is pursuing over Rs 3,000 crore in planned capital expenditure over the next 2–3 years, targeting the addition of 2,000 new beds and integrating the recently acquired Practice Plus Group Hospitals in the UK. Analysts note that the improving profitability of India operations, alongside the renewed strength of the Cayman business, positions the company well for its next phase of expansion.

The shares of Narayana Hrudayalaya jumped more than 10 percent on November 17 after the results were released, rising to Rs 1,930 apiece.
