Ranchi, India: Neuberg Pulse Diagnostics, a joint venture between Neuberg Diagnostics and Kolkata-based Pulse Diagnostics, has launched its first integrated diagnostics centre in Ranchi, marking a key milestone in its expansion across eastern India—including West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and the North Eastern states.

The facility was inaugurated by former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, alongside Dr. GSK Velu, Chairman and Managing Director of Neuberg Diagnostics, and Sunaina Bihani, CEO and Managing Director of Neuberg Pulse Diagnostics. Several medical professionals from across India were present at the launch.

Located in Harmu Colony, Ranchi, at the site of Dhoni’s former residence, the centre brings together a comprehensive range of diagnostic services under one roof, including pathology, radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, and preventive health services. It provides access to over 6,000 routine and super-specialty tests, including MRI, CT, PET-CT, 4D ultrasound, mammography, digital and portable X-rays, endoscopy, colonoscopy, ECG, EEG, EMG, and more.

A key highlight of the new facility is the installation of Ranchi’s first upgraded GE Discovery IQ PET-CT scanner in a standalone diagnostics setting—setting a new benchmark for precision imaging and cancer diagnostics in the region.

The centre also offers home sample collection across Ranchi, health check-up packages, personalised genomic testing, whole-body MRI screenings, digital reports, and consultation support.

“With this centre, we’re bringing world-class diagnostic services—from routine preventive tests to advanced imaging—closer to the people of Jharkhand at affordable rates,” said Dr. GSK Velu. “We’re especially proud to be launching this facility at the former home of a sporting legend and local hero, MS Dhoni.”

“This centre is more than just a medical facility—it is a strategic hub for our expansion across Jharkhand and neighbouring regions,” said Sunaina Bihani. “Neuberg Pulse has committed an initial ₹30 crore investment in this centre, with plans to invest ₹100 crore across Jharkhand over the next 2–3 years to build a decentralized, high-quality diagnostics network that brings world-class care closer to communities throughout the region.” “It’s a proud moment for me to see a world-class diagnostics centre come up at the very place where my journey began,” said Mahendra Singh Dhoni at the launch. “I’m honoured to be part of this initiative with Neuberg Pulse to make high-quality diagnostic care more accessible to the people of Ranchi and Jharkhand.”
