Dr. Arjun T., Medical Director at the AMTZ, delivered a compelling presentation titled “The P4 Adventure – Unlocking the Highest Quality and Longest Human Life.”

Addressing a gathering of healthcare leaders and stakeholders, Dr. Arjun emphasized the integration of ancient wisdom with modern science to redefine health outcomes. Highlighting the concept of Aush, a Sanskrit term denoting quality and longevity, he stressed that with the right interventions, every individual today has the potential to live up to 100 years.

Dr. Arjun underscored the importance of viewing healthcare as a holistic ecosystem, where capital is reimagined not merely as treatment costs but as an investment in life itself. He advocated for breaking down silos in healthcare infrastructure and integrating data from public, private, and community resources to ensure comprehensive well-being.

He also highlighted innovative strategies such as transforming schools into health labs, leveraging rural and forest resources for better nutrition and environment, and creating urban systems that prioritize clean air, soil, and water. Dr. Arjun called for collaborative action, urging healthcare organizations, communities, and individuals to take the first step toward a pesticide-free, nutritious diet for every child.

Concluding his presentation, he reiterated that the ultimate goal of healthcare is simple yet profound: ensuring health and happiness for all. He invited partners and organizations to join AMTZ in this ambitious vision for a healthier and longer-living population.

The session formed part of the VOH National Healthcare Summit and Awards 2025 held at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi on 17 December, 2025.
