As Prime Minister Narendra Modi approaches his 75th birthday on September 17, he is preparing to unveil a major national initiative aimed at strengthening healthcare access for women and children. The Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan is designed to improve healthcare delivery, spread health awareness, and further the government’s goal of inclusive healthcare for all.

BJP President Jagat Prakash Nadda announced the launch of the programme, which will include 75,000 health camps across the country. These camps will focus on the health needs of women and children and will be hosted at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, Community Health Centres (CHCs), and other healthcare facilities.

Alongside the health camps, Poshan Maah will be observed in Anganwadis to promote nutrition, awareness, and overall family well-being. The effort seeks to create stronger families and healthier communities nationwide.

Nadda urged private hospitals and healthcare providers to participate in this Jan Bhagidaari Abhiyaan, stressing the importance of collective action for national development. He said, “With ‘India First’ as our inspiration, let us strengthen our collective efforts for Viksit Bharat.”

The initiative coincides with speculation regarding PM Modi’s future role as he turns 75, though no official announcement has been made by the government.

The launch of the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan is being viewed as a pivotal step toward advancing women’s empowerment and healthcare, reinforcing the government’s vision of inclusive growth and well-being.
