Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the appointment of Amrut Medhekar as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) — a newly created role aimed at accelerating the company’s strategic growth and strengthening its footprint in the Indian pharmaceutical sector.
A seasoned professional with nearly three decades of industry experience, Amrut has held leadership roles across General Management, Sales, Marketing, and Functional Operations. Before joining Jagsonpal, he served as CEO – Business Operations at Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited. His illustrious career also includes leadership stints at Wockhardt, Zydus Life, Ranbaxy, Torrent, and JK Drugs and Pharmaceuticals.
Amrut holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
