Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical major Intas Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Sunil Baluni as General Manager – Intas Women Healthcare, further strengthening its leadership team in the women’s health segment.
Baluni brings over 25 years of rich experience across key therapy areas including Gynaecology, IUI, and IVF. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability in highly competitive markets, while successfully leading sales and marketing functions and managing full P&L responsibilities.
Known for his strategic orientation and deep commercial acumen, Baluni has played a pivotal role in delivering impactful new product launches and enhancing market execution. His expertise in building and mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams, setting clear business vision and goals, and fostering long-term stakeholder partnerships has consistently translated into improved patient outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.
In his new role, Baluni will spearhead the company’s women’s healthcare vertical, focusing on strengthening the portfolio, accelerating market expansion, and reinforcing the organization’s commitment to delivering innovative and accessible healthcare solutions.
