The National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and the Quality Council of India (QCI) have signed memorandums of understanding to strengthen Haryana’s diagnostic quality ecosystem and accelerate innovation in the state’s healthcare infrastructure.

The MoUs were formalised in the presence of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. Dr. Sandip Shah, Chairperson of NABL and Joint Managing Director at Neuberg Diagnostics, signed the agreements on behalf of NABL.

The collaboration aims to enhance diagnostic quality standards, support accreditation-driven excellence, and expand the availability of reliable testing services across the state. NABL, a constituent board of QCI responsible for accrediting medical and testing laboratories under globally recognised standards, will play a pivotal role in improving technical competence and quality assurance mechanisms.

This strategic partnership is aligned with the broader national effort to ensure accessible, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic services. By working jointly, QCI and NABL seek to strengthen laboratory infrastructure, standardise best practices, and ultimately improve patient outcomes across Haryana’s public health system.
