Navya Care is extending its cancer care expertise to regional and underserved areas across India, aiming to make standardised, evidence-based treatment accessible to all patients. The expansion is powered by Navya Earthshot, the organisation’s AI-driven system that delivers treatment plans aligned with National Cancer Grid (NCG) guidelines.

The model connects regional hospitals and clinicians with expert-validated, guideline-compliant recommendations, ensuring consistency in cancer care delivery. For patients from low-income families, the service is offered entirely free of cost, enabling equitable access to structured treatment pathways.

As part of the Earthshot pilot, personalised cancer treatment plans are being provided at no charge in government and regional hospitals across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Assam. Early implementation has shown improved adherence to national guidelines, fewer unnecessary hospital visits, and faster clinical decision-making.

In Maharashtra, the initiative was launched in August 2025 through CSR support and has already benefited more than 1,000 patients. Regional centres such as Anand Cancer and Multispeciality Hospital in Nanded and Vivekananda Cancer Hospital in Latur have joined the programme, with more hospitals expected to participate in the coming months.

Underprivileged patients can access Navya’s services by submitting documents like a Ration Card, BPL Card, Income Certificate, or a government hospital admission card. Support is available through a dedicated helpline (80888 87734) and Navya’s website, with diagnostic and treatment planning funded through corporate CSR partnerships.

Navya’s collaboration with Tata Memorial Centre and the National Cancer Grid spans over a decade, with its expert-opinion system widely adopted by oncologists and validated across national and international forums. By extending tertiary-level expertise to smaller cities and rural locations, Navya aims to ease the burden on major cancer centres and enhance the availability of structured, guideline-based care. Patients can receive treatment recommendations either onsite at partner hospitals or directly through Navya’s platform—at no cost for low-income families—helping improve the speed, affordability, and accessibility of cancer care nationwide.
