Max Healthcare, one of India’s largest integrated healthcare providers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Global Health Alliance UK to enhance advanced medical education and collaborative research. The partnership will initially focus on cardiology and cardiometabolic renal health, with plans to expand into other specialties over time.

This strategic alliance aims to foster academic collaboration, skill development, and research innovation. Through jointly developed, accredited specialty training programs, the initiative will promote knowledge exchange between medical professionals in India and the UK, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes and strengthening healthcare systems.

Under the agreement, both organizations will work together to create and deliver advanced training modules, establish research fellowships, support professional exchange programs, and implement capacity-building efforts that address emerging healthcare challenges.

Dr. Sandeep Budhiraja, Group Medical Director, Max Healthcare, stated:“This collaboration represents a major step forward in our dedication to continuous learning and clinical excellence. By focusing on cardiology and cardiometabolic renal health, we are equipping our clinicians with access to world-class training and research partnerships that will elevate care standards and contribute meaningfully to global healthcare innovation.”

Dr. Rajay Narain, Chairman of the Global Health Alliance UK, added:“Our partnership with Max Healthcare is a milestone in building impactful global health collaborations. By bringing together strengths in clinical expertise and academic leadership, we aim to create robust training and research ecosystems to address critical health needs in both the UK and India.
