Manipal Health Enterprises has signed an MoU with the Maharashtra government to establish a 350-bed multi-speciality hospital in Nagpur with an investment of ₹700 crore. Scheduled to open in 2029, the facility is expected to create around 3,000 jobs.
The Maharashtra government will extend support by ensuring timely permits, approvals, and fiscal incentives. According to MD & CEO Dilip Jose, this expansion reflects Manipal Hospitals’ mission to make advanced healthcare accessible. The hospital will provide specialised care in cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, and other fields.
