KIMS Hospitals has announced the appointment of Saurabh Gupta as Regional Director – Greater Mumbai, entrusting him with a key leadership role to strengthen patient care delivery and drive operational excellence across the region.
With over two decades of global experience in the healthcare sector, Gupta brings deep expertise in hospital operations, business strategy, and large-scale organizational transformation. In his new role, he will focus on improving quality outcomes, empowering clinical and non-clinical teams, and expanding access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare for communities across Mumbai.
Gupta has an extensive background spanning hospital operations, P&L management, digital transformation, hospital projects, feasibility assessments, and process optimisation. Over the years, he has led complex healthcare organisations at scale, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, accreditation, and efficiency-driven care models.
A value-driven and seasoned healthcare professional, Gupta’s experience also includes facilities management, LEAN implementation, commissioning of hospitals, administration of medical and non-medical units, and layout and workflow optimisation. His core specialties include organisational transformation, healthcare accreditation, ISO 9001 QMS, operating room and sterile supply management, BI dashboards, and information flow mapping.
