Asian Healthcare Holdings (AHH), backed by GIC and TPG, aims to scale its Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU) network to about 20 facilities by FY30. Currently, AINU runs over 500 beds across seven hospitals in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Siliguri, and Chennai, and has just launched a 200-bed flagship hospital in Hyderabad.
Executive chairman Vishal Bali said three to four more hospitals will open between FY26 and FY27, raising the count to 12–13 and bed capacity to around 850. Future expansion will target tier-II cities such as Bhubaneswar, Patna, Coimbatore, and Pune.
CEO Sandeep Guduru revealed a ₹150 crore capex plan to add three to four nephrology and urology centres in the next year, alongside expanded robotic surgery capabilities. Between FY27 and FY30, the network may add another 7–8 hospitals to reach the 20-facility milestone.
AHH, which also operates Motherhood Hospitals and Nova IVF, plans to enter one or two more specialties, with gastroenterology under consideration. While no IPO timeline is set, Bali noted the company could potentially go public within 16–18 months, depending on investor readiness.
