Every year, nearly 80% of India’s population seeks care in Tier-2/3 hospitals, yet a majority of these facilities continue to function with minimal digital infrastructure, fragmented clinical systems, and manual data flow. A majority of mid-sized hospitals in India still lack integrated LIS–PACS systems, and many diagnostic centres continue to rely on paper-based workflows, leading to delays in diagnosis, limited data continuity, and inconsistent patient experiences. This digital divide not only widens health inequity but also restricts the ability of healthcare institutions to deliver connected, efficient, and AI-ready care—especially in fast-growing emerging markets. Against this backdrop, Trivitron Healthcare and ResoHealth have formed a joint venture entity named Trivitron Digital.AI (TDAI), a next-generation digital health venture purpose-built to close these adoption gaps at scale.
Trivitron Healthcare together with Dubai-based digital health innovator ResoHealth, announced the launch of Trivitron Digital.AI, next-generation digital health venture created to accelerate the transition toward AI-enabled, interoperable, and patient-centric Smart Hospital ecosystems. Built on the combined strengths of Trivitron’s legacy in medical technology and ResoHealth’s global expertise in digital health, cloud platforms, and clinical AI, the new entity aims to bridge longstanding gaps in clinical data continuity, operational efficiency, and digital access across India and emerging global markets.
The platform brings together a full set of cloud-based digital tools—such as an advanced Lab Information System (LIS), a zero-footprint Web-PACS for imaging, a mobile-first Personal Health Record (PHR), and AI-powered automation. These systems work together to connect diagnostic, clinical, and administrative workflows into one smooth, unified digital system. Because it is built to meet global standards like HL7, FHIR, DICOM, HIPAA, GDPR, and ABHA, hospitals and diagnostic networks can adopt these interoperable solutions with very little additional infrastructure. This makes Trivitron Digital.AI, especially valuable for Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions, where digital adoption is still low but patient volumes and the need for connected healthcare continue to grow.
At its core, Trivitron Digital.AI brings together automation, AI-driven patient support, and real-time data insights to improve how hospitals function and how patients receive care. The LIS connects to any lab equipment, tracks every sample from start to finish, enables remote result approvals, and produces structured, accurate reports. The Web-PACS allows clinicians to instantly view imaging studies through any browser, with options for AI-based highlights, side-by-side comparisons, and secure sharing between centers. The PHR brings all patient information—past records, teleconsultations, medications, and insurance details—into one mobile-first platform, giving individuals full access to their health history. An integrated AI assistant handles daily tasks like registrations, report delivery, follow-up reminders, high-risk alerts, and basic symptom checks, reducing the workload on hospital staff and enabling more proactive, patient-focused care at scale.
Speaking about the launch, Dr. G.S.K. Velu, Chairman & Managing Director, Trivitron Healthcare, emphasized the sector’s shift toward integrated digital ecosystems. “The next era of healthcare will be defined by how effectively hospitals integrate clinical excellence with digital intelligence. With Trivitron Digital.AI, we are building the technological foundation that mid-sized hospitals and diagnostic networks urgently need. Our vision is simple yet transformational—to ensure that every healthcare institution, whether in a metro or a small town, has access to the digital tools required to deliver timely, transparent, and high-quality care. This platform marks a pivotal step in narrowing the digital divide and shaping a more equitable healthcare ecosystem. We are happy forge this Joint Venture with Reso Health UAE.”
Adding to the announcement, Ms. Chandra Ganjoo, Group Chief Executive Officer, Trivitron Healthcare, highlighted, “For last three decades, Trivitron has been committed to strengthening healthcare delivery across geographies by combining innovation with accessibility. Trivitron Digital.AI brings that commitment into the digital era—offering hospitals a scalable, standards-driven, and clinically aligned digital framework that is easy to deploy and even easier to adopt. This venture reflects our resolve to build a more efficient, tech-enabled healthcare ecosystem for India and beyond.”
Dr. Vas Metupalle, Co-Founder of ResoHealth and Board Member of Trivitron Digital.AI, noted that the company’s mission is fundamentally centered on patient empowerment and usability. “Trivitron Digital.AI has been designed to simplify the way hospitals manage information, while empowering patients to stay informed and connected throughout their care journey. Our focus is to build a system where data flows securely, decisions are supported proactively, and every stakeholder—from clinicians to patients—experiences healthcare that is smarter, faster, and more human-centered.”
Emphasizing execution and scalability, Mr. Keerthi Varma Nuthalapati, President and CTO of Trivitron Digital.AI said, “Our goal is to deliver a digital foundation that hospitals can adopt easily, scale confidently, and rely on every single day. By combining modular cloud architecture with AI automation and device-agnostic design, Trivitron Digital.AI eliminates the complexity that traditionally slows digital transformation. We are committed to enabling hospitals across India to modernize rapidly—without heavy capital expenditure—and become fully AI-ready institutions that deliver more coordinated, data-driven, and patient-first care.”
Trivitron Digital.AI is also expanding its geographical reach, with pilot deployments planned across India’s major metros followed by phased expansion across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia—regions that face similar systemic challenges of fragmented systems, limited digital infrastructure, and rising demand for data-driven healthcare modernization. The platform’s cloud-native model eliminates the need for heavy IT infrastructure, offering hospitals an affordable and future-ready path to digital transformation.
The launch marks a significant milestone in democratizing digital healthcare adoption globally. By merging interoperable platforms with AI-based automation and patient engagement, Trivitron Digital.AI aim to redefine digital healthcare as inclusive, integrated, and accessible—enabling hospitals of every scale to participate in the next era of connected care.
