Diagnostics and healthcare services provider Chandan Healthcare announced that its board has approved a ₹104.13 crore fundraise through a preferential issue of convertible warrants and a nationwide diagnostic partnership with Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd.
As per the company’s exchange filing, the board has cleared the issuance of up to 44,50,000 fully convertible equity warrants at an issue price of ₹234 per warrant, amounting to approximately ₹104.13 crore.
The fundraising includes participation from both promoter groups and strategic institutional investors, reflecting strong confidence in Chandan Healthcare’s growth outlook and expansion plans, the company said.
