Subhadip Misra has taken on a new role as Country Manager – India, Abbott Transfusion Medicine, effective January 29, reporting to the APAC Head.
With over 17 years of experience across the medical technology and diagnostics sector, Misra moves into this role after serving as National Lead – Business Transformation at Roche Diagnostics, Mumbai. At Roche Diagnostics, he led the company’s largest region in India, managing an annual turnover of over ₹200 crore and overseeing eight Zonal Managers across Western and Central India.
Prior to Roche Diagnostics, Misra held key leadership roles at Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where he successfully built and led high-performing sales teams across East and West India. His expertise spans new account acquisition, clinical and C-suite engagement, brand building, value-based selling, and driving exponential growth across both private and public sector markets.
