Frame, a leading virtual platform for reproductive and fertility care, has announced a strategic collaboration with Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services. The partnership will expand patient access to comprehensive fertility testing and deliver personalized, clinician-guided support, helping to bridge major gaps in early-stage fertility care.

This collaboration integrates Frame’s innovative virtual care model and national network of OB/GYNs and fertility specialists with Labcorp’s broad testing capabilities. Patients will now have seamless access to Labcorp’s suite of fertility diagnostics—including hormone panels, semen analysis, and genetic carrier screening—paired with a virtual results review led by Frame’s advanced practice providers. These results will be interpreted within the context of each patient’s goals and health history, enabling timely, informed care navigation.

Labcorp’s nationwide infrastructure and expertise in women’s health diagnostics make it a natural partner. “By combining our leading diagnostic and genetic testing capabilities with Frame's innovative care model, we aim to help more individuals and couples access the information and services they need to achieve their family-building goals,” said Michael Minahan, senior vice president and general manager of Women’s Health and Genetics at Labcorp.

As demand for fertility care continues to rise—affecting one in six individuals—access remains a pressing issue. A nationwide shortage of reproductive endocrinologists and long wait times often delay care. “When patients come in already educated and with testing in hand, it allows us to personalize their care more quickly,” noted Dr. Debbra Keegan, Medical Director of CCRM Fertility’s East Coast region.

Frame’s AI-supported virtual model works alongside more than 5,000 in-person providers, helping reduce time to treatment by at least one month and easing administrative burdens by over 50%.

“Fertility care can be overwhelming—especially at the start,” said Frame CEO and co-founder Jessica Bell van der Wal. “By combining trusted diagnostics with actionable guidance, we’re making fertility care more accessible, less stressful, and more effective for everyone.”
