Dr. Upasana Arora: Championing Healthcare Accessibility and Quality in India

Dr. Upasana Arora, Managing Director of Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Kaushambi, has been a transformative leader in the Indian healthcare industry since 2000. Renowned for her contributions to quality and innovation, she is the first Indian healthcare professional working domestically to earn the prestigious Fellowship of ISQua (International Society for Quality in Health Care). She also holds a Fellowship from Harvard Medical School’s Quality Leadership Program and an International Fellowship in Health Technology Assessment from Anglia Ruskin University, U.K.

In her leadership role, Dr. Arora has elevated Yashoda Hospitals into a center of excellence, performing groundbreaking work in assisted reproductive techniques and other advanced care services. Beyond her hospital duties, she serves in influential positions, including Regional President of the North India Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson of the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Division.

Her numerous accolades, such as the "Lifetime Achievement in Healthcare Award" and the "Global Excellence Award," highlight her unwavering commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and quality.
