Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited (BSV), a Mankind Group company, has announced the appointment of Siji Nair Kaul as Vice President – Global IVF Franchise Head for its international business. In this strategic role, Siji will drive the vision and direction of BSV’s Global IVF Franchise, strengthening the company’s mission of enabling the joy of parenthood while advancing its global business objectives.
At BSV, she will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that expand the organization’s international IVF footprint. Her leadership will play a crucial role in fostering sustainable growth and delivering innovative fertility care solutions across global markets.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across sales, marketing, and business development, Siji brings a strong track record in market shaping and building sustainable business models. She joins BSV after an 18-year career with Bayer, where she last served as Marketing Lead – Women’s Health & APAC Center of Excellence, driving impactful strategies in women’s health.
Her earlier leadership roles at Eli Lilly, Baxter, and Allergan spanned multiple therapeutic areas including cardiovascular, diabetes care, aesthetics, devices, and women’s health. Known for her patient-centric approach and innovative business strategies, Siji has consistently delivered strong outcomes in highly competitive markets.
Siji’s appointment marks a key milestone in BSV’s journey to expand its presence in women’s reproductive health and scale new heights in advancing fertility care globally.
