The Andhra Pradesh government on Wednesday announced the release of Rs 250 crore to private hospitals to clear pending dues under the Dr NTR Vaidya Seva health scheme. The scheme, aimed at providing cashless medical treatment to eligible patients, has been a key initiative of the state to ensure access to quality healthcare.
The release of funds comes after State Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav held discussions with Finance Minister P Keshav to expedite the clearance process.
