In her new role, she will drive therapy excellence, strengthen human-centric marketing strategies, and advance integrated patient support ecosystems across Emcure’s India business—reinforcing the company’s commitment to impactful healthcare delivery.
A healthcare strategist known for blending commercial stewardship with clinical insight, Basu is focused on creating patient support models rooted in empathy, discipline, and long-term value creation.
An MBA from NMIMS and an MPharm Gold Medalist from Nagpur University, Basu is also a seasoned Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi danseuse with over two decades of practice. Honoured with the title of Nritya Acharya, she brings the same precision, creativity, and grace from classical dance into her leadership approach.
