Real estate developer Bhutani Infra has announced a strategic partnership with Yashoda Hospital to develop a state-of-the-art, AI-integrated mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West. The estimated investment for the project stands at Rs 1,000 crore, excluding the cost of land.
In a statement issued on Monday, Bhutani Infra confirmed the collaboration, noting that the development will be carried out on a 10.25-acre land parcel owned by Yashoda Hospital. The project will include a hospital, a 5-star hotel, office spaces, and retail outlets, creating a comprehensive, future-ready campus.
Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, shared that the development aims to blend healthcare, hospitality, and commercial infrastructure into one integrated space. "We will develop a hospital, a 5-star hotel, office space, and retail space in this mixed-use project," he stated.
Yashoda Hospital will lead the medical component of the development and is focused on offering next-generation healthcare services. The hospital envisions delivering proactive, predictive, and ambient healthcare by integrating advanced AI technologies directly into patients’ daily lives.
"Tomorrow's healthcare won't wait for symptoms — it will predict, prevent, and respond even before you know you need it," said Dr. P. N. Arora, Chairman of Yashoda Group of Hospitals. "This campus will enable that vision by embedding AI-driven care into everyday life, making technology and well-being inseparable."
Bhutani Infra is a well-known name in the Delhi-NCR real estate sector, with a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use developments. The company's collaboration with Yashoda Hospital reflects its growing focus on tech-enabled and community-centric infrastructure.
