Take Solutions To Launch AI-Driven Preventive Healthcare Unit In India

By Team VOH

TAKE Solutions has announced plans to establish an AI-enabled smart diagnostic and preventive healthcare unit in India as part of its strategy to expand in the country’s rapidly growing preventive healthcare market, estimated at around USD 197 billion.

The initiative, branded the ‘One Minute Clinic’, is designed to support India’s shift from hospital-centric care to community-based preventive healthcare by leveraging artificial intelligence, digital health infrastructure and global technology partnerships.

As outlined in a regulatory filing, TAKE Solutions intends to import fully integrated smart health units from China, a move intended to speed up deployment and bring established preventive health technology to the Indian market efficiently.

These compact units are expected to offer rapid, AI-assisted health screenings that can help detect early signs of lifestyle and chronic diseases, produce instant digital health reports and potentially link users to further diagnostic follow-ups.

The company’s plan reflects its broader ambition to build a scalable presence in preventive health, strengthen its digital health offerings, and harness technology to make early screening more accessible and affordable.

The adoption of similar AI-based systems in health settings is part of a wider trend, with a growing number of clinicians in India already integrating artificial intelligence tools into clinical work.

TAKE Solutions’ announcement also had a positive impact on investor sentiment, with the company’s stock reaching a 52-week high on the day of the news, underscoring market interest in technology-driven healthcare innovation.
