Indegene, a tech-driven life sciences specialist, has expanded its Consulting Practice to support life sciences organizations in navigating complex, technology-led transformations across the value chain. The expansion leverages Indegene’s expertise in strategy and transformation to deliver faster, more impactful business outcomes.
With rapid technological disruption reshaping the life sciences landscape, companies increasingly seek consulting partners who can not only craft strategy but also drive execution. Indegene’s Integrated Consulting Practice addresses this demand by combining strategic insight with hands-on implementation, helping clients achieve sustainable, measurable results.
“Our clients have been consistently seeking consulting support from us. They are looking for a partner who not only brings the right strategic frameworks, tools, and thinking but is also deeply rooted in execution,” said Manish Gupta, Chairman and CEO, Indegene. “Drawing from this insight, we are scaling our Integrated Consulting Practice to address their transformation needs more effectively and strengthen our position as the preferred transformation partner for the life sciences industry.”
To lead this next phase of growth, Gobin Chandra has been appointed Head of the Integrated Consulting Practice. Currently leading Indegene’s Europe region, Gobin brings extensive transformation advisory experience from Bain & Company and will shape Indegene’s consulting charter across strategy and transformation services.
Over the past decade, Indegene has significantly strengthened its consulting capabilities. The acquisition of DT Consulting in 2020 enhanced its strategy consulting expertise in customer experience and digital transformation, while the recent acquisition of WARN & Co., a UK-based transformation consulting firm, expands its ability to deliver large-scale business transformations and operating model transitions globally.
