AI is reshaping radiology worldwide, and India’s 5C Network is emerging as a strong leader in this transformation. The Bengaluru-based AI radiology platform has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with German Medical Innovation Co (GMIC) Ltd., a modern medical centre in Limassol, Cyprus. This partnership marks a key milestone in 5C Network’s global expansion and brings its flagship Bionic Suite—India’s most widely used AI radiology solution—into the European market. PwC Cyprus played a central role in facilitating the alliance.
The collaboration focuses on deploying and clinically validating two major AI tools: Bionic Vision, an advanced imaging suite that supports anomaly detection, triage, and quality control, and Bionic Voice, a speech-to-report solution designed to help radiologists create structured, accurate reports more efficiently. These technologies aim to strengthen radiology workflows, improve diagnostic precision, and significantly reduce reporting time.
As part of the agreement, 5C Network and GMIC will conduct joint research, pilot deployments, and detailed clinical validation studies in Cyprus. This phased evaluation ensures that the solutions are adapted to European healthcare needs before wider rollout across the continent.
According to CEO and Co-Founder Kalyan Sivasailam, entering Europe with a forward-thinking partner marks a “strategic leap” toward building the world’s first AI-native radiology solution. If successfully validated, the Bionic Suite could ease workflow pressures, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and improve patient outcomes across Europe.
This collaboration reflects a broader global momentum toward integrating AI into medical imaging—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and redefining the future of diagnostic care.
