Gurugram-based healthcare startup Oncare has secured ₹27 crore (approximately $2.96 million) in a Series A funding round led by Sky Impact Capital, with participation from Huddle Ventures, Lotus Herbal Group, Steerx, and Tremis Capital.
The company runs oncology departments within mid-sized, non-branded hospitals and is working to widen its presence across India. Oncare states that it delivers chemotherapy at nearly 40 per cent lower cost than large corporate hospitals, pricing sessions at around ₹24,000–25,000, while surgical procedures are offered at 30–40 per cent lower rates. Since its inception, the startup claims to have treated tens of thousands of patients.
The newly raised funds will be channelled towards expanding its geographic footprint and strengthening its network of cancer care centres, with a focus on tertiary cities in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal.
