Truevis & Neusoft Sign MoU To Establish 300 Radiology Centres Across India

By Team VOH

Truevis Technologies Pvt Limited and Neusoft Medical Systems have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SMC Clinics, an initiative linked with Swadhin Trust and Tripura Santiniketan Medical College and Hospital, to establish 300 clinician-owned radiology and diagnostic centres across India over the next five years.

The rollout, planned in Tier I, Tier II and smaller towns, is expected to serve more than 1 million patients annually and is backed by an estimated ₹1,000 crore investment over five years.

The partnership aims to expand access to advanced imaging services — including X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI and PET-CT — to improve early detection of conditions such as cancer, particularly in regions where diagnostic access remains limited. The initiative also anticipates reducing equipment-related costs by as much as 30 per cent through local sourcing and supply chains, aligning with broader goals of affordability and improved health outcomes.

Truevis Technologies and Neusoft Medical Systems will provide technology support for procurement, vendor coordination, equipment installation and lifecycle maintenance, leveraging India’s push toward domestic manufacturing and reduced import dependency. SMC Clinics will manage operational planning, referral networks and branding for the new centres.

The MoU comes amid a rising cancer burden in India, where new cases are projected to continue climbing through the decade, and seeks to strengthen diagnostic capacity outside major urban centres. The clinician-owned model is designed to empower radiologists while partners handle backend functions, supporting a scalable, decentralised approach to high-quality diagnostics and contributing to broader health system goals such as earlier disease detection and reduced hospital overloads.

This collaboration represents a significant initiative in the med-tech and healthcare services sector, addressing both infrastructure gaps in advanced diagnostic imaging and evolving needs for early, accessible health screening across diverse geographic regions.
